Mile High Custom Prints is a family-run custom print shop based in Littleton, Colorado. We started because we kept running into the same problem: no one shop could handle every kind of project, you'd get sent to a screen printer for shirts, an embroiderer for caps, a laser guy for awards. So we built the shop we wanted to hire.

Johnny grew up in Tipperary, Ireland, and moved to Colorado six years ago with a background in marketing and business development for senior living and private healthcare. Along the way he earned an MBA from WGU, concentrating in marketing, but the real education came from watching local businesses struggle with the same problem: cheap, imported, generic branding materials that looked like everyone else's.
He was tired of ordering apparel and marketing supplies that had no identity, no quality, and no local accountability. So he built the alternative: Mile High Custom Prints, a full-service studio where every piece is designed and printed under one roof, with locally sourced materials wherever possible.

A working studio in Littleton, five minutes off Santa Fe. Screen carousel by the windows, embroidery heads on the back wall, laser bed in the corner, DTF and heat press in the middle. If it can be printed, stitched, engraved, or pressed, it happens here - under one roof, by the same pair of hands from proof to pickup.
The space
A compact production floor built around workflow, not showroom. Tall industrial windows, exposed brick, one long steel finishing bench where every order gets folded, counted, and boxed before it leaves.
The gear
Manual screen carousel, multi-needle embroidery, wide-format DTF, dye-sublimation, UV flatbed, and a CO₂ laser - chosen so no job has to leave the shop, and no middleman gets between you and the person pressing your run.
The hands
A small, family-run team. The person who quotes your job is the person who prints it. Walk-ins are welcome, proofs are honest, and the coffee is always on.
