If a page, product preview, form or ordering step is difficult to use, contact the studio. Tell us the page address, what you were trying to do and your preferred way for us to reply. You do not need to disclose a diagnosis or medical information.
Help with artwork and ordering
You can describe your design, preferred placement and product choices to the studio if the visual customization tools are difficult to use. We can help you review the options and prepare a quote through your preferred contact method.
Our accessibility work
We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as our technical target and are working to identify and remove barriers. Our checks include text contrast, keyboard access, form labels, alternative text, page structure and mobile layouts. This is ongoing work, and we welcome reports of problems.
Some account and payment steps use third-party services. If you encounter a barrier there, tell us which step caused the problem so we can help and report it to the provider. Do not send passwords, payment-card details or security codes.
