What we collect
When you request a quote, we collect the contact details, project specifications and artwork you submit. We keep quote, approval and fulfillment records to manage your order. Short-lived hashed network identifiers help limit abusive submissions.
Studio accounts and newsletters
When you create a studio account, we save your verified sign-in email, name and account dates for design access and support. Marketing consent is optional and separate. If you join the newsletter, we record your email, consent wording/version, signup source and time, subscription status and an unsubscribe link. Popup signups use single opt-in and do not verify ownership of the email address. We use subscribed addresses for Mile High product news and offers, and may export them to our email service to send those messages. Accounts without newsletter consent are excluded from marketing exports. Unsubscribe through the link in an email or change your account preferences.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to requests, prepare proofs, fulfill orders and handle support. Submitting a project does not subscribe you to marketing. Customer artwork is not published in a portfolio without separate permission.
Storage and service providers
Records and uploaded artwork are stored with the website’s hosting and storage providers. Authorized studio personnel can access them. If you choose to pay an invoice, the identified payment provider handles payment details under its own terms. This site does not collect or store card numbers.
Private project links
A private project link gives access to that project’s quote and proof. Treat it like a confidential document and share it only with authorized reviewers. Contact us if you need a link replaced.
Retention and choices
We retain records as needed for active projects, reorders, business records and applicable obligations. You can request access, correction or deletion by email. Some transaction records may need to be retained. Do not upload sensitive identification, financial account details or unrelated personal data.
AI artwork
If you use the AI studio, your prompt is sent to OpenAI for image generation. We save the concept and prompt in a private gallery tied to your signed-in identity. When attached to a quote, the studio can review the artwork. Your unfinished brief is also saved in this browser tab so a refresh does not erase it; it is sent to OpenAI only when you generate, or to the studio when you submit a quote request. Daily counters limit usage. AI artwork requires review and may not be unique or suitable for the intended print without further preparation.
Cookies and analytics
Public pages do not use advertising trackers. Account and owner sign-in use authentication provided by the hosting platform. Browser storage remembers newsletter dismissal and signup so the popup does not repeatedly interrupt you. Customer cart and event-session data also use browser storage. We do not sell your submitted information. Material policy changes will be reflected here.
